Journaling has been one of the most impactful activities that I've done in the recent years. It only takes 5 minutes a day but makes a huge difference in the long run.
Consistent journaling helped me to realize that I can be productive and I can build healthy habits. Every morning I start my day with this journal. I track my habits, write what I am grateful for and perform affirmations. In the evening, I review my schedule, habits and write down a short summary and things I learned.
